Gin Fizz & Silver Fizz

1/2 lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar

1 1/2 ounces gin

soda water

Shake ingredients well and pour over ice in tall glass. Fill with soda water and add lemon twist. For a Silver Fizz shake with 1 egg white.
