60 ml (2 oz) Johnny Drum bourbon

30 ml (1 oz) grapefruit juice

15 ml (.5 oz) Metista aged balsamic vinegar

15 ml (.5 oz) simple syrup

15 ml (.5 oz) Angostura bitters

Mix together with ice and drain into old fashioned glass. 1 orange twist, as garnish.
