3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Iced Tea
5 Mint Leaves
Less simple syrup, around 1/4 oz. Make the simple syrup, add sugar,to the boiling water and mix until the sugar dissolves. Brew unsweetened black iced tea. Add the mint to release the oil. Shake with ice and serve chilled.
